Information for Food Vendors

Vendors interested in our Arts & Crafts Festival area, please see our Arts & Crafts Festival page.

We welcome applications from those vendors that provide something special.

The Festival is especially interested in vendors offering fair food type items.

How much is booth space?
If you are selected, there is a charge of $100.00 for each booth space, minimum of 15 ft. store front x 20 ft. deep.

Do you provide electricity?
Electricity is available for an additional charge.

Can I bring my RV?
Please check with us regarding RV Parking for on site availability.

SEND NO MONEY NOW. If you are selected as a vendor for this event you will be contacted by mail and sent festival rules and other details. There will be a charge of $100 for each booth space, minimum of 15 ft. store front x 20 ft. deep.  If you are selected, we will need to receive your vendor fee and copy of proof of Liability Insurance prior to set-up.

Each applicant who is accepted will be responsible for the equipment within their booth, cleanliness, proper staffing during the event and clean up at the end of the event.

Food Vendor Application

  • Footage requirements must include any towing tongues, etc., that remain on your booth (see below for minimum booth size and fees)
    NOTE: All port-a-potty and tent rentals MUST be acquired through our Festival Suppliers.

    Your menu must be exact and will be reviewed by the Committee for approval. If any item or price is in question, you will be notified by phone and or mail. ALL BEVERAGES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE COMMITTEE PRIOR TO THE FESTIVAL. Vendor Fee is $100 and is due prior to set-up. A copy of your liability insurance is also required prior to set-up.
